The apartment faces west and consists of a corridor, a bathroom-toilet, a kitchen with a glazed terrace, a living room and a bedroom. The furniture in the bedroom is new, with a pull-out sofa with sleeping function. The kitchen appliances include a new washing machine, a free-standing stove with a glass-ceramic hob, a refrigerator. Heating is currently only with air conditioning. Long-term rental.
