Old house for renovation

We offer an old tradesman house with partial sags, cracks and leaks,which is a real challenge for а customerwith imagination and creative opportunities for restoration. In the past, the house was used as a roadside shop and a hostel as it was located on an important trading crossroads.The second floor consists of five bedrooms and a large corridor. An internal wooden staircase connects the house with the commercial premises and a large basement with an area of about 80 sq. m. which is situated under almost the whole house.
