The buildings and grounds are the property of an old Gabrovo enterprise with a separate administrative building on 2 floors with 67 sq.m, two two-story massive production buildings with areas of 286 m2  and 133 m2 functionally connected buildings, as well as other service buildings. The buildings are suitable after conversion for tool making, small capacity sewing production as well as pollution and noise free production. The construction of the buildings allows the removal of partition walls in order to provide more extensive production areas according to the type of production. The performance quality of the reinforced concrete slabs allows the deployment of heavier machines. Installed power 160 KW. There are options for installation of an external elevator for better service of the floors. There is access to the buildings from two streets. The land is located next to an asphalt road in the direction of Tryavna with a partially asphalted yard and all communications.
