Mountain house for restoration

The property is located at the end of the village with access via an asphalt road. The buildings are a challenge for any connoisseur of authentic old Bulgarian construction from the 19th century and provide the opportunity for conversion into two houses for mountain recreation. The main house has two cellars and a room on the ground floor, an internal staircase with a wide corridor on the second floor, where there are a closet, a small and a large bedroom, a transitional bedroom and a living room. The master bedroom is heated by a very well-preserved brick stove. The roof was repaired 4 years ago and only the ceilings and partially walls are to be restored. The floor coverings are compromised in places, but for the most part they are preserved. In the southern part of the yard, a house covered with stone slabs was built with the function of a summer kitchen with a fireplace, a room and a shed with an area of 70 sq.m. in authentic form.
