Land opposite the former hotel “Buzludzha”

The terrain is formed by two plots of land for which the RPI has been allocated for residential construction. The land is permanently abandoned and self-forested, with exposure to the south and the possibility of setting aside a parking lot opposite the building of the former hotel “Buzludzha”
