Country house and outbuilding

The house is the western real half of a building built on stone foundations with a former commercial premises on the 1st floor. It is currently used as a studio and warehouse. The bathroom is located on the first floor, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a living room-kitchen. The structure was repaired and the windows were replaced. The roof is in very good condition. A carport, a gazebo and a barn on stone foundations have also been built in the yard. Access to the property is via an asphalt road. The village is attractive due to its close proximity to Gabrovo, good communications and social facilities – town hall, shops, post office, restaurants.
