Authentic abandoned house in a village 12 km from Gabrovo with possibilities for complete restoration. Construction about 100 years ago with a living area of 39 sq. m. on a southern slope near the village store according to the classic methods of Gabrovo carpenters. On the ground floor there are 2 cellars suitable for a tavern. On the living floor, there is a large room with a fireplace and two rooms. The house is completely covered with stone slabs with leaks that partially destroyed the western facade. The property is built with a shed with an area of 45 m2, outbuildings 24 sq.m. The yard has a slight slope to the south, next to an asphalt road.
