Тypical Balkan house suitable for restoration

A typical Balkan house in the village of Voditsi, only 2 km from Etara in the direction of Sokol Monastery, suitable for restoration. The house is built on stone foundations of bigor on 47 m2 of living space with a tavern and kitchen on the ground floor, an attic living room with a fireplace and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. There are no built service rooms in the house. To the west of the house is a built barn /almost destroyed/ with 56 m2 of living space, but with partially preserved foundations. The yard is terraced and partially paved with stone slabs.
